Welcome!

Please login or create an account to apply for Colorado UCP DBE certification, ESB certification, and/or provide annual updates and renewal information to the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). If you would like to apply for ACDBE certification, you cannot apply to CDOT and must apply with the City and County of Denver. If you have questions about CDOTís certifications, please contact dot_certifications@state.co.us or call 303-757-9234.

You may already have an account due to working relationships with other agencies. Therefore, prior to creating a new account, it is always best to Lookup Account to ensure you are not currently in the system.
