Through this portal, you can do the following:
- Apply for DBE and ESB Certification;
- Provide annual update or renewal information (CDOT-certified firms only);
- Monitor DBE and ESB participation on contracts;
- Submit subcontractor termination and replacement requests;
- Report prompt payment on CDOT contracts; and
- Update your vendor profile or add new users to your account

If you are not sure if you have an account, click on account lookup. Your firm may already have an account if you do work with another agency. DBE and ESB applicants can go straight to Apply for Certification. Firms seeking ACDBE certification cannot apply via this portal. They must apply with the City and County of Denver.
